We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days from the receipt date of the order. 

Please be assured, you will be informed immediately if, due to unforseen circumstances, we cannot meet your order within our usual specified time scale, which is maximum 14 days from date of order.

All orders are sent by courier (to be signed for) or by royal mail with a certificate of postage.

You can track your order by using our Track Order link on the left menu. Please enter the first three digits of the order reference (ID) in the confirmation email you received after payment. You will also be emailed when your order has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped.
